Supervisory control & data acquisition system for a biscuit furnace

 

This system monitors the status of biscuit furnace recording the changes in temperature, faults & status of burners. This system designed to suit the need of food industries & implemented on embedded microprocessor based system connected to 6 temperature sensors & to the contacts of burners & conveyor then It is interfaced to the PC

Automotive engine electronic fuel injection system modification

We modify the conventional automotive engine which runs with the carburetor to be operated by a computerized fuel injection

The control unit built on microprocessor based system connected to the sensors of air mass, Throttle position , RPM , ETC

Then the microprocessor gives the timing of injector opening & the angle of ignition the graphical user interface shown in figure to  represent the data collected from engine & to monitor the status of operation

 

Design & implementation of CNC spinning machine

This machine was created to optimize the regular spinning machine to produce the refrigerator filter dryer which has constrains in the handling time  that the machine in figure produces 12 parts/minute while the other machine produces 2 parts/minute

In this machine we used the PLC to control the rotary head, pneumatic system of part holding & the hydraulic circuit of spinning.
